Dying matters in Sheffield

How can you help yourself and others cope with death and dying?

Talking about death can be difficult, but you can’t go through life without talking about death. To raise awareness of Dying Matters Week, free events are being held across Sheffield to help you get more active with planning for death and dying, and to support others in times of grief.

Come and join us for stimulating conversations, thought-provoking talks and performances, inspiring activities and displays, and meet experts from a variety of charities, campaigns and organisations. You might just leave feeling a bit better equipped to talk about death too.

On 8th May from 1-3 pm at Cafe 1828 at the Medical School there will be displays and activities led by the School of Nursing and Midwifery – all welcome!
